From a modest venture in 1991, to the state-of-the art facility of today, we’ve made ourselves familiar with the changing tides of the seafood industry. Our founder, Steve Trout, has built a business that takes pride in quality products serving the region for over 30 years. Realizing we had bigger fish to fry, we expanded in 2004 in order to accommodate our ever-growing business.
Now Trout’s Supreme Seafood is everywhere. With delivery service across Maryland, we’ve continued to build our business delivering fresh products in central Pennsylvania to West Virginia. Located in New Market, Maryland, we’re ready and willing to bring quality products to grocery stores and restaurants across the tristate area.

Devin Trout
Devin has been the guiding light for the future of Trout Supreme Seafood. He is a lifetime Frederick Co. resident and has built very strong bonds with our customer base using his personable demeanor and wealth of generational seafood knowledge. He is excited to take our company into the next phases of growth and is always available with our “open door policy*”.
Clint Burleson
Clint has been a lifetime resident of Clear Spring MD. He brings our western MD connection with him and his retail knowledge of 20 years. He has been a part of Trout Supreme seafood since 2022 and has really enjoyed working with the best customers in the industry” as he likes to say. He is always available for a question or to take an order.
