Credit Application
To begin ordering from Trout Supreme Seafood, all new customers must submit a credit application. This helps us set up your account and ensure smooth transactions.

Ordering & Delivery
Once your application is approved, you can start placing orders. Here’s what you need to know.
Payment Terms
Your first order will always be C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) while our credit department reviews your application.
The longest credit terms available are Net 30 Days from the invoice date.
Order Verification
Our drivers are required to check all orders with you at the time of delivery.
This ensures customer satisfaction and helps eliminate discrepancies.
Claims & Returns
Any claims against our products must be reported by phone within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted within this timeframe will be reviewed, and credit may be issued at Trout Supreme Seafood’s discretion.
Returned Checks & Overdue Accounts
Returned checks will result in a $35.00 fee. Multiple returned checks will lead to immediate revocation of credit, and your account will be switched to Cash Only.
Overdue accounts and additional fees may be turned over to collections attorneys at our discretion.
