Our History: Trout Supreme Seafood
Founded by Steve Trout in 1991, Trout Supreme Seafood began as a small family-owned seafood supplier. As demand grew, the business expanded into a larger facility in New Market, Maryland in 2004.
Seven years ago, Devin Trout took over as President, bringing a fresh vision and dedication to unmatched wholesale service. Devin emphasizes “white glove” service, personally ensuring each restaurant and food business receives top-quality seafood, local produce, and exceptional customer care. Trout Supreme partners closely with its customers, fostering relationships that help local businesses succeed and grow.
Lighthouse Seafood and Deli: Fresh Seafood and Produce in New Market, MD
Located in New Market, MD, Lighthouse Seafood and Deli offers customers a premium retail seafood experience. Managed by retail veteran Matteo M, who brings years of seafood and store management expertise, Lighthouse consistently delivers the freshest local seafood.
