Genetics That Deliver Flavor
Roseda cattle are carefully bred from select Aberdeen Angus bulls, chosen for superior genetics that result in rich marbling, tenderness, and ideal fat distribution — all key to that signature steakhouse flavor.

All-Natural & Locally Raised
No growth hormones. No antibiotics. Roseda cattle are raised on pasture, then finished with a clean, all-natural grain diet of corn, alfalfa, hay, and soybean meal. It’s real, honest beef you can feel good about serving.
Dry-Aged for Bold Flavor
Each cut is dry-aged for 14 to 21 days, intensifying the beef’s natural flavors while increasing tenderness and juiciness. This extra time and care make a real difference on the plate.
